Fully Managed Solutions for industrial and commercial gas installations

The SA Gas Fully Managed Solutions (FMS) service covers all elements of your gas installation, from concept through to system commissioning. It is designed to give you complete peace of mind. Alternatively, you can simply select from our individual downstream gas services as required.

The FMS process involves the following stages, all of which help to ensure that you receive the correct installation on time, on budget and meeting all the required safety standards:

• A site survey to gain a sound understanding of your project needs, equipment, premises and environment.
• Design of your perfect engineered solution, seamlessly integrated with your current systems and process.
• Installation and commissioning the new gas system to meet all the rigorous industry standards.
• Development of a comprehensive ‘as built’ manual for your gas installation.

To ensure you’re in the best position to take complete control of your new gas system following project completion you will receive a comprehensive manual detailing health and safety information, all necessary certification – including:

• Method statements
• Installation Engineers certificates of competency
• Inspection and test plans
• Material certificates
• Non destructive testing reports (NDT)
• Pressure test certificates
• Gas purging certificates
• As built drawings
• Equipment data sheets, and
• Process critical spares recommendations.

At SA Gas we ensure your installation is as smooth and seamless as possible. That’s why we handle all of the mechanical, civil and electrical engineering elements of your project and if required, will liaise with gas suppliers and other utilities on your behalf.
